Many testimonies come out of mission trips, some we hear, and some we will hear in Heaven. We are grateful to have this impact story from a recent missionary.

"We were able to do a house visit with a woman and bring a food basket. We shared with her about Hagar and how God met her in the wilderness. We reminded her that God sees her tears, and that she isn’t alone. She ended up getting very emotional and sharing with us that her mother left for the United States 22 years ago, and that she has felt alone, overlooked, and forgotten ever since. She was so grateful for our visit and timely word.“ [Nikki Koopman]

God knows exactly what needs to be said at the right time, and we are grateful Nikki was obedient in sharing this message so that this daughter of God could feel peace and the removal of loneliness after 22 years of suffering.

The youth students from Ginghamsburg Church came to the island this past week, and we are grateful for their willingness to serve!

From home visits, to helping with some physical repair work on the church, these students poured their hearts out to the people. We couldn’t do the missions we do without the help of short-term teams like these students.

We want people to know God and experience transformation in their communities - the next step we're taking in this mission is to build a missions house on the island!

We know that God will provide, and we humbly ask you to pray with us and see if the Lord leads you to help us financially, prayerfully, to visit the island as a missionary, or even simply to share this vision with someone you know.

Nikki spent one week on the island, and then traveled to a different part of El Salvador to visit the family of her Spanish teacher.

In the same classes where Madai learns English, Nikki is learning Spanish! We are so grateful for willing missionaries like Madai and Nikki to spend so much time learning another language to better communicate the Gospel.

Please be in prayer for Nikki today as she travels back home. 🙏🏻
