🚨Bulldogs family, please the below message related to areas we need clear for tomorrow’s homecoming festivities.

As many of you know, tents may be placed on the field beginning **no earlier than 5:00 PM today**.

With that said, please take a moment to review the satellite map below, which identifies the designated areas that **must remain completely clear of tents and equipment** to maintain emergency vehicle access to the field.

These areas serve as the **emergency ingress and egress routes** for fire, emergency, and public works vehicles and must remain accessible **at all times throughout the day**. This is a requirement under applicable fire and public works codes and is not optional.

**Please do not place tents, tables, vehicles, or any other equipment within the designated KEEP CLEAR areas.**

If a tent or other obstruction is placed in one of these areas, **it will be removed** to ensure the required emergency access is maintained.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us keep the field safe and accessible for everyone.

✅No one can park behind the concession stand

✅No personal tents can be set up before 5pm on Saturday Sept 12
