Your Tillamook County 4-H'ers have been having lots of fun at the Oregon State Fair! We are so proud of each and every one of them, from horse fair to goats, fashion r***e to the exhibit hall, and everything in between, they have showed up and showed out.

Was your 4-H'ers project chosen for state fair? Congrats! The OSU Tillamook Extension Office takes your exhibits there, and brings them back. Please pay attention to the following dates for drop off:

Non-Food & Non-Horticulture Exhibits
Wed, Aug 19th: 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm
Thurs, Aug 20th: 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm
Mon, Aug 24th: 9am-12pm

Foods & Horticulture ONLY
Mon, Aug 24th: 1pm-4pm

IMPORTANT: if you have both non-perishable and perishable items, please deliver all of them on Monday, Aug. 24th, no need to make multiple trips.

Well folks, it's been a week since the Tillamook County Fair, and we are already missing everyone's smiling faces!

Some highlights:

Molly, Kate, and Natalia all went above and beyond during fair week, earning gift baskets to recognize their hard work

Desi Josi celebrated 50 years of dedicated 4-H volunteer service with her club, Fairview

Our Herdsmanship winners got banners, and the overall club gets to go on a field trip!

Our 4-H exhibitors from pre-fair events and the exhibit hall and got recognized for their hard work

And of course, our Master Showmanship Winners are as follows:

Day 3 & 4 of the Tillamook County Fair was such a blast! Small Animal Master Showmanship happened on Friday, and Livestock Master Showmanship happened today. Stay tuned for results!

Day 2 of the Tillamook County Fair for our 4-H & FFA kids was an absolute blast! From our poultry showmanship and confirmation to our beef, swine, dairy cattle & meat goat showmanship, dairy goat show, and brand new- our first 4-H/FFA Dance, this day has been nothing short of fun!

Thanks to everyone who supported us today, and showed up to volunteer in our TCCA/4-H Ice Cream Booth. See you tomorrow! 🎡🍀

That's a wrap on the 4-H//FFA shows for day 1 of the Tillamook County Fair! From JLAC shows, to our 4-H/FFA Dairy Conformation, and of course our Rabbit and Cavy Conformation and Showmanship, this day has been full of lots of fun!

Our day was made extra special by a visit from our Governor, Tina Kotek. Thank you for supporting Tillamook County 4-H & FFA.
