Double "S" Herders The Double "S" Herders is a Tillamook County, Oregon 4-H Livestock group. At this time our members raise and show Beef Cattle, Sheep, Swine, and Meat Goats

We are a 4-H livestock group that focuses on how to raise and show our animals in the best way possible, for both the animal and the youth's best interest. We learn all aspects of our animals, how to judge animals, feed, & equipment. We learn book/record keeping, how to teach others, sportsmanship, herdsman-ship, community service, public speaking, and life lessons. We are 18 members strong rangi

ng from 8 years old to 18 years old both girls and boys, 6 of our members are Junior Leaders. All of our members are active in other community groups and most of them are in sports as well. We have a great group of young people and great families. 4-H livestock is a family thing the leaders could not do it with out them. Check us out.
