What better way to enjoy some Rotary fellowship than with good food, great company, and a little fun activity? 🍔

Our club gathered at Cook Family Park for a BBQ and a fun orienteering course! Members had a chance to connect, explore the park, and enjoy some time together outside of our regular meetings.

We’re grateful for these opportunities to build friendships and strengthen the connections that make our Rotary club so special. 💙💛

The 2025-2026 Rotarian of the Year goes to ……… 🥁

Mike Stone!

Mike Stone wears many hats in our Rotary club! From serving as Club Secretary to now stepping into the role of President-Elect, Mike has consistently gone above and beyond to serve our members and our community.

As our Community Service Chair, he led projects like our annual Dictionary Project, and he continues to organize our club’s largest fundraiser each year at the Festival of Balloons. Whether it’s a service project, community event, or weekly meeting, you’ll almost always find Mike lending a hand.

We are incredibly grateful for his time, dedication, and unwavering commitment to keeping our club running strong. Thank you, Mike, for all you do!

As the 2025-2026 Rotary year comes to a close, we would like to give a huge thank you to Tom for his incredible year of service as President of the Rotary Club of Tigard!

This year was one for the history books as Tom led our club through the very first year of the merged clubs. His steady leadership helped lay the groundwork for a stronger club.

Thank you, Tom, for your countless hours you invested in leading the club. We are grateful for all you’ve done and look forward to continuing to grow the club.

We want to give a big shout out to all the Rotarians and friends of Rotarians that came out to help at the Tigard Festival of Balloons!

A extra special shout out goes to Mike Stone! He was the lead for the parking. Mike attended all the festival planning meetings, organized the volunteers, coordinated setup, worked most of the shifts during the festival, and organized the cleanup. Our club would not be able to support this community tradition without his leadership. Thank you, Mike!!

Happy Tigard Festival of Balloons weekend! We are excited to help welcome our community to the Festival of Balloons this weekend.

We'll be out helping direct parking and greeting festivalgoers as they arrive. Our hearts are full being able to help at this Tigard tradition, and we can't wait to see everyone enjoying the hot air balloons, carnival, vendors, and music.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the guiding vehicles parking for the Tigard Festival of Balloons. We have shifts available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
