It is with a heavy heart that I share that on Wednesday March 9 our brother Jeff Rifflard was involved in a car accident and was taken to the hospital. Unfortunately he did not survive his injuries and passed away today.
Jeff was an active member of Aerie #4 and #3256. He was also one of the driving forces setting up our Tigard Eagle Riders group and a charter member. As part of the Tigard Eagle Riders, he championed the creation of our main charity, Diabetic Socks for Veterans. As a group, we had fun serving breakfast each month to raise funds. Our group will not be the same without him and he will be greatly missed. Jeff, may you Rest In Peace
