Leadership Tigard: Your backstage pass to community and opportunity. A program that educates and inspires rising leaders.

Leadership Tigard is an annual nine-month program investing in leadership and community awareness and is a program of the Tigard Chamber of Commerce. During nine full-day sessions, schedule once a month, participants work together with other local leaders to expand awareness and understand of unique issues and opportunities facing the Tigard community as well as Washington County.

Join us at Beach Hut Deli for a live benefit concert supporting the Leadership Tigard Hygiene Drive.

It’s simple to make a difference: buy food or drinks and bring a hygiene item to donate! A portion of all food and drink proceeds goes directly to our cause, and your donations will immediately support local families in need.

Toothbrushes & toothpaste
Sunscreen

All donations directly benefit our incredible community partners: CPAH, With Love, Family Promise, and the Good Neighbor Center.

SNAP benefits can’t be used to purchase hygiene items, which means these basics often come out-of-pocket—forcing tough choices.

The 2026 Leadership Tigard Hygiene Drive supports local families and children—because feeling fresh is fundamental to health, confidence, and stability. From $5 to $500, every dollar makes an impact.

Donations support CPAH, Family Promise of Tualatin Valley, Good Neighbor Center, and With Love Oregon.

Give by May 29 through Venmo, or send/drop off a check to the Tigard Chamber at 12345 Main St. (c/o Leadership Tigard). Hygiene item donations are welcome, too!

Leadership Skills and Tools Day took our Leadership Tigard class on an adventure full of Lions, and Tigers, and Bears! Thank you to Dr. Faraz Ghoddusi for spending the day leading the class and sharing his experiences with Military, Medical, Local Government, and Non Profit leadership styles, skills, tools, and lessons learned along the way.
