Make institutional trust and reform a part of your Spring or Fall electoral campaign. Join business coach and WLN trainer Tom Cox on May 2nd at Noon PDT to learn how!
WHAT IT IS ABOUT: Public mistrust in our institutions is rooted in real failures, but it isn’t irreversible. If institutions show they can once again act for the public — and be seen to do so — trust can be rebuilt. Until then, skepticism will remain both justified and destabilizing.
The existence of well-founded mistrust is both a verdict and a call to action. It is a verdict on decades of poor institutional performance – a signal, as one analysis put it, that the “threads” of our social contract are fraying. But it is also a call to action for leaders and citizens alike to stitch those threads back together
The restoration of trust will require humility from institutions (to admit mistakes), courage to change entrenched practices, and engagement from the public to hold institutions to their promises.
Learn how to use your campaign start the process of building trust in the institution you are running to be a part of by attending WLN's FREE Zoom session at NOON PDT on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026!In closing, the existence of well-founded public mistrust is both a verdict and a call to action.
