Champions who own the mission alongside you give differently than donors who feel like ATMs.

“They are no longer the ATM for us. They’re partners. And they feel that.” -- Sally, Go to the World

God is forming you through the work, not just equipping you for it. The hard seasons aren't wasted.

That’s true whether you’re in a season of growth or a season of struggle. Mission Increase is honored to walk alongside nonprofit leaders through both.

The mission God entrusted to three people at a breakfast table in 1999 is still growing and creating Kingdom impact.

In 1999, Dale and Gail Stockamp and Ron Post founded Mission Increase on a conviction that nonprofit leaders needed training more than donations.

Over 27 years later, that same calling drives every person on the Mission Increase team. To equip nonprofit leaders, build cultures of generosity, and transform more lives for Jesus.

Mission Increase invites you to a one-hour Global Prayer Gathering on November 9, rooted in Luke 10:2:

"He told them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.'"

This event creates a space to pray for ground to be moved for Kingdom purposes. We will come together and unite in prayer, focusing on global opportunities. Register to join us today:

More lives transformed for Jesus. That's the mission.
"The work of Mission Increase has allowed us to increase our vision and accelerate our timeline for reaching our city. They have enabled us to reach new parts of our city with the love of Jesus."

Mi Academy's Introduction to Ministry Leadership does more than cover leadership principles. It gets at the beliefs and attitudes that shape how a leader shows up every day.

Here's what one participant had to say:
"I appreciated how the course connected leadership with mindset, trust, generosity, and practical decision-making. It encouraged me to reflect not only on what I do as a leader, but also on the beliefs and attitudes that influence how I lead others."

A fundraising plan that honors God as the owner of all resources looks different from a spreadsheet with income projections.

Mission Increase's newest workshop helps nonprofit leaders build a champion-centered fundraising plan that grows relationships, aligns every activity with God's calling, and stays responsive as the work evolves. Whether building a plan for the first time or sharpening one already in use, attendees leave with practical tools and a fresh perspective on their own data.

Fundraising changes when the question shifts from 'what do I want FROM the giver' to 'what do I want FOR them.'

We'll be exploring that at Impact Overflow in Kevin Whitman's session, Joy in the Journey: Fundraising as Partnership, Not Pressure.

We’ll get practical with one clear goal: reframe fundraising from transaction and pressure toward generosity and partnership.
