Free visits with Santa are available Saturdays Dec. 13 & 20 and Sundays Dec. 14 & 21, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. Stop by the festive igloo in the courtyard between The Elmwood Assisted Living and The Ritz Theatre on S. Washington Street—perfect for holiday photos and seasonal memories.

Join us TONIGHT for the Holiday Tree Lighting Experience and CommuniTree Project in Downtown Tiffin!

Pictured are a few behind the scenes shots of some of the hands and hearts that created the beautiful ornaments for the CommuniTree Project! Fifth graders from across the county have decorated the ornaments that will hang on the Community Holiday Tree for the 2025-26 season. It is beautiful to see their personalities and creative skills shine through in every bulb!

The evening begins at 6pm with festive music from the Seneca Sensations, a talented group of Calvert Catholic Schools elementary students. Community leaders will share remarks, Santa will make a special appearance, and the winner of A Holiday To Remember In Downtown Tiffin Ugly Sweater contest will flip the ceremonial switch to light up the tree!

🎆Some details to keep in mind for tonight's fireworks show and special activities!🎆

Fireworks will be immediately following the tree lighting. You will have a great view of the show from the tree lighting ceremony space.

Tonight Only: Some streets and sidewalks will need to be closed to make a safe event. Starting at 6:30pm, Jefferson St. will be closed from Market to Perry, and Market St. will be closed starting at S. Washington St. The East Green Amphitheatre will be closed during the event, and people are asked to not park in either library parking lots.

All other public parking lots will remain open. Streets and parking lots will re-open immediately following the fireworks. S. Washington St. from Market to Perry will be closed prior to 6pm for the tree lighting ceremony.

Please consider making plans to come explore early! Grab a DORA, a bite to eat or stop into a few shops before the festivities begin.
