My role as an RSVP Coordinator has inspired me to become more involved in our community, and this last week gave me another opportunity to do just that. My husband and I spent some time watering the plants uptown last week.

We had so much fun doing it together, and knowing we were helping.

I'm looking forward to finding more ways to give back and be involved!

I had a wonderful time at the Seneca Fair yesterday for Senior Day! It was great meeting so many enthusiastic seniors who were excited to sign up for RSVP and begin volunteering in our community.

If you're a senior and have been thinking about getting involved, I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to send me a message or give me a call. Whether you have a few hours a month or more time to give, every bit makes a difference.

Volunteering is a great way to stay active ,meet new people , and make a positive impact in our community. I look forward to welcoming more seniors to the RSVP program!

Seneca County! Get ready to Stuff The Bus for local students!📓🖍️✏️

Beginning August 3 and through August 7, drop off new school supplies for Tiffin & Seneca County students from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at Allen Eiry Senior Center. There's a list of needed supplies on our website (link in comments) or you can pick one up at Allen Eiry. If you prefer to make a monetary donation, use the QR or visit our website.

Supplies will be distributed on Monday, August 10 from 7 am to 4 pm, and Tuesday, August 11 from 10 am to 6 pm. Please bring your student(s) supply list from the school.

Many thanks to the great folks at Allen Eiry Senior Center for teaming up with us again on this project, and to Umadevi & Dr. Prasad Kakarala for once again generously sponsoring backpacks to distribute with all of the supplies.

Autumnwood offers free community breakfast and grab and go lunches for Seniors on certain days each month. Be sure to RSVP with melody using the number listed on the flyers.
They also host a free community bingo every month. You can win prizes!
