CARSA Coalition - Seneca County Various Professionals around the Seneca County area coming together to address substance abuse.

The membership of CARSA Coalition consists of representatives from the following 12 sections of the community:
1-Youth
2-Parent
3-Business
4-Media
5-School
6-Law Enforcement
7-Youth serving organization
8-Religious or fraternal organization
9-Civic and volunteer group
10-Healthcare professional
11-State or Local governmental agency
12-Other organization involved in reducing substance abuse

CARSA

Coalition will collaboratively address substance abuse prevention in Seneca County by:
a) Prioritizing alcohol, to***co, ma*****na, and prescription opiates, including he**in as the target of focus. b) Sharing information, experience, and data to impact substance abuse prevention and reduction of use in Seneca County. c) Influencing or assisting in the developing of public policies on substance abuse prevention. d) Coordinating prevention efforts to bring about more effective and efficient delivery of substance abuse programming and eliminate duplication of effort.
