Loud Fest Ohio LoudFest is a bike run to raise money for FACT, who help Seneca County cancer patients directly. Loud Fest is an event to benefit FACT.

FACT is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) agency dedicated to helping residents of Seneca County, Ohio who have been diagnosed having cancer. FACT is a cancer charity which gives money directly to the patients for their out-of-pocket expenses.
