Cycling Without Age (CWA) Seneca County has offered free bike rides to senior citizens and individuals with mobility challenges in our community since 2021. CWA Seneca County is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. This year our organization held a fundraiser selling advertising decals for our trailer.
