38 Scallops Found Thanks to the Dedication of 23 Volunteer Teams! π
This year, 23 teams joined us for the Scallop Search, and together, we found a total of 38 scallops across Tampa Bay!
A huge thank you to everyone who grabbed their snorkels, hopped on a boat, and jumped in the water to search for scallops. Your efforts play a vital role in citizen science, providing valuable data that helps guide local conservation and restoration efforts. ππ
