Today we went and assessed a section of trail that was closed last year. The Wolf Pond Rd., West Stony Creek bypass Trail It was logged over the winter. With the timber company doing what they call a 4 in. cut. From forest to fields. We have quite a bit of work to do to get it ready for Snowmobile traffic. But this is a crucial trail that gets us off 3 miles of road riding. So we are hopeful to make this possible this summer.
We will be discussing work parties and plans for this project. We’ve reached out to the land owner and are waiting to hear back.

This is one of the many things we will be discussing at our next monthly meeting.

Today, a team of 8 volunteers successfully cleared a section of C4 trail severely damaged by heavy storms, removing over a dozen trees. We extend our gratitude to our valued landowners for permitting trail maintenance activities and commend our trail crews for their proactive efforts in preparing for the upcoming season.

With six months remaining until the commencement of snowmobile season, our priorities include completing a critical trail reroute and conducting routine maintenance on the existing trail network.

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25 6pm at the groomer barn.

Catlynn, and Nathan for coming up to the groomer. Barn to clean up the yard and get some stuff moved around.
Thank you to Joe for delivering the Stone to the club so we can get the pad set for the storage containers.

Successfully put up the second canopy to put the side-by-side inside of the summer.

Then we cleaned up a bunch of the old lumber that has been stacked and slowly rotting down around the building.
