Another sailing season is in the books and it was a memorable one! A huge Thank you to The Messings for opening their beautiful home to the yacht club’s awards party this year.
The highlight this year was the junior sailors accepting their first awards. Thanks to the hard work of Commodore Bill Farabaugh and Sarah VanOss for donating their time every Saturday morning to teach these kids their sailing skills and the love of being on the water and being able to skipper their own sail boat.
And last but not least, Congratulations to Bill Farabaugh, John Kroggel and Tom Spahn for claiming 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the season standings. We had 10 sailors qualify for the season this year and hope to have even more next year! See you on the lake!⛵️
