What an amazing job done by S.S.C Rentals LLC at Friday's QHMA Golf Outing. They brought extra fun with their photo booth & 360 video experience to our event and a phenomenal way for our golfers to connect and celebrate an enjoyable day out of the office!

WOW...what an amazing morning. QHMA was on hand at Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School at Cold Spring in Belchertown for the official Ribbon Cutting celebrating the opening of Pathfinder Tech's second school. A collaboration of local towns, officials, committees, legislators, students and faculty to expand PT's programs and allow more students the option to gain valuable skills and pursue careers right here! The campus at Cold Spring is home to their new Medical Assisting program, as well as Hospitality Management, Health Assisting, Electronics Technology, and CAD Pre-Engineering and allow for expansion at the Palmer campus too. This is a significant boost to Belchertown, other area towns, creating jobs in the school and careers and livelihoods for our children. PT might stand for Pathfinder Tech, but it also stands for Pathfinder Team!! Congratulations to all!!!

Yesterday afternoon, the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce helped celebrate the Grand Opening of Skyline Electrical Systems on Main Street in Palmer. Co-owners, Dan Gomes and James Parenteau are experts in building automation and HVAC controls, plus life safety and security systems. Thank you to Senator Jake Oliveira and State Representative Todd Smola for their words of welcome and presenting citations on behalf of the MA Senate & House. QHMA would like to congratulate Workshop13 on the grand opening of their new vertical platform lift allowing people with disabilities to access the 2nd floor and all of the amazing concerts, exhibitions and gatherings in the renamed Urban Hall! Another inspiring demonstration of literally lifting up communities with funding from the Paul Bruhn Historical Revitalization Grants Program, the Pioneer Valley Regional Ventures Center, the Edward and Barbara Urban Foundation, and generous contributions from more than 100 community members to make this historic project happen! Thank you for having the Chamber participate! Be sure to check out their 8th Annual Northeast Fine Arts Exhibition open Fridays-Sundays thru September 6.
