River Valley School District Blessings in a Backpack RVSD BIB provides elementary school children in need with easy-to-prepare food for the weekends throughout the school year.

VISION: Our elementary students will demonstrate better test scores, improved reading skills, positive behavior, improved
health and increased attendance.
