Last week, we paused to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage, dedication, and selfless commitment to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten. We took a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and pay tribute to those who gave everything for our country.

From all of us at Post 204, we extend our deepest gratitude to our fallen heroes and their families.

“All gave some. Some gave all.”

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the Chili and Cornbread Cook-Off! 🌶️🥣🍞

We’re so grateful to all the amazing cooks who brought their best recipes, the judges who had the tough job of tasting it all, and everyone who came out to cheer, taste, and support the event. Your enthusiasm, community spirit, and delicious creations made the day a big success.

Cornbread should be cut and ready to share at the same time.
Don’t forget to bring your favorite toppings or fixings to go with it!

The American Legion Post 204 Auxiliary will be hosting a BAKE SALE Fundraiser on Friday, August 8th and Saturday, August 9th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Inside the American Legion Hall.

Please stop by The American Legion at 204 West Linden to help us in our efforts to raise funds in support of our veterans and our local community out reach programs.

The Auxiliary will also be hosting a “Garage Sale” during the event .
