Conejo Valley Garden Club Conejo Valley Garden Club is a group of people that love gardenening and learning about gardening. All level of gardeners are welcomed.

Our garden club has been in the Conejo Valley since 1961. We meet September to June and are dark during the summer months. We have monthly meetings with speakers, horticulture and social time. We often have cuttings to share with the group. Please join us at our next general meeting.

Save the date! Bring your family and friends to our annual fundraising "Plant Sale", on April 2, 8:30am to 5:00pm at the Newbury Park Library, 2331 Borchard Rd. Low, low prices on succulents, sun, shade and native plants. This event is to help support our Youth Gardening project. Thank you for your support in the past. We're looking forward to seeing you again this year.

The Conejo Valley Garden Club begins their new year with a "Welcome Back Potluck" on September 23. This will be held at the Kid;s Adventure Garden at the Conejo Valley Botanic Garden. The cover picture is from our Annual Tea about 5 years ago. This year's is coming up on the 9th. I think the tickets have been sold but check with Dee to make sure. It should be a beautiful day.

We would like to invite your members to our January meeting on 1/7 at 7pm. We are thrilled to have the "King of Roses" Tom Carruth speaking. His subject The Roses of the Hunting Gardens. As I am sure you know he is a big deal in the rose community and we are thrilled to have him speak at our meeting. Linda - Malibu Garden Club

Join us for our January 2015 event when "King of the roses," Tom Carruth will present on The Roses of the Huntington Gardens. Join us on Wednesday, January 7th at 7:00 p.m. at Point Dume Club House, 29500 Heathercliff Drive, Malibu, CA.

Tom will talk about the The Huntington’s three-acre Rose Garden, which showcases more than 1,200 cultivars and some 4,000 individual shrubs. Established in 1908, the historic landscape is among the most beautiful areas of the grounds, frequently cited by visitors as a favorite Huntington attraction.
