Day 2 of WSYG 2026 was packed! With perfect cloud cover, we played outside for hours. The visiting camps led us in team-building games and silly songs.
Then, after lunch, we worshiped in the chapel and split up for "CLU Experiences". This was a great opportunity for attendees to have interactive experiences with programs college campuses like Cal Lutheran can offer. Between the theatre program, athletics department, dance studio, Seed Garden, science lab, and more, we kept busy!
Last night's Main Stage worship was extra special. We heard from Dr. Mary about the wonder of our solar system and connections between science and faith. By realizing how small we are compared to the billions of galaxies, she helped us appreciate the closeness of human connection. Students also shared their stories on stage, and then we all broke into small groups to talk about belonging.
Under the full moon, the youth played in the pool, played games in the main gym, or did quieter activities in the chapel.
On to our last full day!
