CTO is a faith based community for teens to gather in a safe and supportive environment
CTO will guide and mentor teens in discovering God’s purpose for them
CTO will teach leadership skills to teens and prepare them to be Christian leaders through peer mentoring, service opportunities and faith sharing
What do we want to accomplish? CTO will build a community teens belong to so they can realize
their gifts and provide enlightened, deeper meaning and purpose in their lives
CTO will address issues teens are facing and guide them to build quality friendships and appreciation for what others are experiencing
CTO will enable teens to strengthen their relationship with their God
CTO will provide service opportunities to teach teens to live life in service of others and have a positive impact on the world
How will we make it happen? We will have regular gatherings to focus on gospel scriptures and their relevance to teens’ lives today in a relaxed, fun and social environment
We will have retreats aimed to provide a deep, transformative experience that allows teens to take time apart from their busy day-to-day lives and provide the dedicated time, space and environment to examine their lives and find depth, peace and purpose. We will engage in service opportunities that will bring about a more just world and create a greater awareness of social justice needs by providing assistance to the community and creating empathy for those less fortunate.
