After everything we saw at this year’s conference—and the feedback from the firefighters who came out to train with us—we knew we had to keep pushing it forward.

More training.
More reps.

We’re looking at different ways to carry and secure our TIC during interior operations.

A huge thank you to 3M Scott Fire & Safety for supporting the 4th Annual Black Sheep Fire Conference.

Scott stepped up to support our instructors and students with equipment that allowed firefighters to train, get hands-on, and work with equipment in realistic training environments.

Having industry partners who believe in firefighter training and are willing to invest in the fire service makes a difference.

We appreciate the support, the partnership, and having the Scott team there with us throughout the conference.

Thank you, 3M Scott Safety, for helping us make the training better.

A huge thank you to C-TEC of Licking County for the hospitality, facilities, equipment, and training grounds that helped make the 4th Annual Black Sheep Fire Conference a success.

Special thanks to Chief Chad Deal for allowing his senior EMT/Firefighter class to be part of the conference and take vitals on our firefighters each day before the live-fire evolutions. Great experience for the students and a great way to invest in the next generation.

We’re also leaving some of the training props our team built behind at C-Tec so they can continue to be used for firefighter training.

Give back. Build the fire service. Leave it better than you found it.

Black Sheep Day 3. 🐑🚒

We started the morning with a moment of silence to remember the 343 firefighters and all those lost on 9/11.

We also reflected on the many firefighters and responders who have since lost their lives to illnesses connected to their work at Ground Zero.

The sacrifice didn’t end that day. Never Forget. 🇺🇸
