As we kick off this time of recognition, we remind everyone that the "Responsibility Code" is the foundation of a great day on the snow. Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned expert, following the rules helps reduce collisions, prevent injuries, and keep the stoke high.

Congratulations to the new patrollers of Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks!
This year’s joint OEC class brought together five candidates from each resort, and through a tremendous amount of hard work and perseverance, we’re proud to say we achieved a 100% pass rate.

Our new patrollers are: Christina Vipond-Jones, Todd Jones, Becki Kidd, Chris Nelson, Mack Nordland, Brett DeAugustine, Callie Provenzano, Shannon Rice, Lars Peereboom, and Lisa Benton. Congratulations to all of you — well deserved.

A huge thank-you goes out to the many instructors, evaluators, and helpers who supported the class. Special thanks to Pat Livingston for QA’ing, and especially Jackie Bottomley for her outstanding leadership. I have no idea how many of theses OEC classes she has lead, but her dedication and professionalism show every single time.
