All of our foster dogs are lucky to have snagged a Snooty foster home, but sometimes they land exactly where they need to be to grow without us even knowing what was coming.
When we had a foster step up for Dagmar we had no idea this friendly and seemingly happy go lucky pup actually had real confidence issues when it came to other dogs.
Fortunately the foster who said yes to him is a young trainer who knows what to work on, has a plethora of resources around her for extra information and ideas and the ability to take him to work every day where he can train amongst other dogs at his own speed.
Dagmar you are gonna be just fine!! He has already made great strides and playful friends!!!!

Dolly Tuttles is ready to snag a human or a few, for her own. She is six and sweet as can be. She does great with kids and other dogs….would love to also be friends with the cat in her foster home, but that cat says no!! She is a confident and happy girl that transitioned easily into her foster home. She has never known being home alone all day in her previous life and she’d like to keep it that way in the future so we are looking for a home where the at home hours are flexible with hopefully someone working from home or the ability for her to go to work with you. She is a social butterfly!!!

This new wee one with all the super snooty powers is Wiftie Orson. He’s about a 7 week old poodle mix (supposedly poodle/beagle) who was born with some rear limb deformities. Seems completely healthy in all other ways but we will head to the vet tomorrow to see. He is a little pistol for sure and doesn’t let anything stop him from getting to his destination.

Smoke lost 24 teeth yesterday and his very very elongated palate shortened through resection. This is a surgery we do on most all bulldogs that come into our program, because the majority need it and no matter their age it greatly improves their health, quality of life and life span. This big guy needs to lose some weight and we saw significant, but typical bulldog, structural issues on xray while he was under. I am really hoping that losing weight will give him relief there.
He is such a good boy….one of those Bulldogs that reminds you why those of us who adore them fell in love when one just like him
showed up in our lives.

Somehow Nimzy is 9!!!!! She has been in our program since she was about 7 weeks old…went through an intensive spinal surgery and never looked back. It is not easy living in her body, but it’s the only body she knows and that’s her super power!!!
You look amazing Nimzy!!!! Keep inspiring us!!!

Eugene is such a good boy and one of those cuties who smiles when you talk happy talk to him!! His foster family was able to introduce him to younger children this weekend and he was very happy to see them and eager to give kisses!!! He is super playful, loves his toys and is a nice companion to other dogs. This guy is ready to go up for adoption and you can email us at [email protected] for more information.
