📚Scholastic Book Fair Coming Soon! 📚

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the TSES Library Monday, September 14 – Friday, September 18, giving our students the chance to discover new books and choose something they’ll love! 📖

Join us for a fun family night featuring:
📚 Scholastic Books to Purchase
🍧 Kona Ice
📸 Fun Photo Ops
🎯 Inflatable Dart Board & Cornhole
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Fun & Memories!

Students will shop during their regular library time and may also shop with teacher permission if they bring money or use Scholastic eWallet—a great cash-free option!

📚 OPEN HOUSE TONIGHT!
3rd–5th Grade | 5:30–6:30 PM

* Open House is a parent information meeting. Families will learn what to expect in their child’s grade level and classroom this school year.
* Students are encouraged to stay home. Classrooms cannot comfortably accommodate all students and parents at once, and the presentation is designed for parents.
* Upon arrival, go directly to your child’s classroom. Your teacher will discuss important information about the school year.
* Teachers will share a PowerPoint presentation and discuss important information about the upcoming school year.
* Can’t make it or need to be in two rooms at once? No worries! Teachers will send the PowerPoint and all important information to families after Open House so everyone has access to what they need to know.

📣 Reminder: Early Release Wednesday is TODAY!

Dismissal will begin at 1:58 PM.

✔️ If your child will go home a different way than their Default, please log into School Dismissal Manager (SDM) and create an “Exception” for August 26th.
✔️ If they are going home their Default way at 1:58 PM, no action is needed.

⏰ Need your student to stay on campus until our regular 3:50 PM dismissal? Create an “Exception” in SDM and select “DISMISS AT 3:50 EARLY RELEASE WEDNESDAY.” Please include in the notes how your student will go home at 3:50 (Car, Bus, Walker, or SACC).

🚗 Car riders at 3:50 PM:
Please arrive on time. On Early Release Wednesdays, car rider dismissal is very quick and is typically finished by 3:55 PM.
