We are grateful to Amy Berrier-Gerber and Daniel Berrier-Gerber for the wonderful high protein snacks they have provided. The beef sticks, tuna salad kits and other items will help provide the extra fuel these men need to sustain them this winter!

We are preparing to open our doors on November 1st, and we’re so close — but there’s still important work to do before we can welcome our guests.

Our winter shelter is scheduled to open November 1st. Check-in is at 6:30 p.m.
We will serve dinner at 7:00 p.m. and breakfast at 6:30 a.m.
We are closed for the day from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

It sure is hot and humid!!! 🥵
A nice Cool Shower is going to feel soooo good tomorrow! The shower trailer will be open to serve Wednesday 8/5 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Many thanks to our partners at Johnsontown UMC for the donation of shorts and t-shirts. They are perfect! We will put them to good use with the Summer Shower Ministry .

Summer Showers UPDATE! We provided ELEVEN men and women with refreshing showers, fresh clothes, and laundry kits!!!
We are very grateful to:

Donna Clark of Unity UMC, her son Spencer, and Pastor Andreas from the Hispanic SDA Church
for manning the shower trailer today

for providing the lunch bags.
