“I think the poem became more famous because Paul’s version was long and boring. It took so long to read. The poem rhymed and sounded good. Longfellow didn’t tell the truth of what happened. The poem made it look like Paul was the hero but Paul said he was captured and wasn’t the one that actually warned people. No one should try to change history facts. Paul wrote it when it was true and truth don’t change.” I say, good answer! What do y’all think?
