Comparing after-school options for your child? It helps to look past the schedule and think about how your child will actually spend those afternoon hours.

Say you're a caregiver looking for a program where your child can get help with assignments and also enjoy time with friends in a positive setting. In that case, ask how homework time is structured, what enrichment activities are offered, and how staff stays in touch with families.

At Thomasville Community Resource Center, our after-school programs serve students from Pre-K through middle school, both at our Varnedoe Street location and at partner schools. Children can take part in homework help, reading practice, hands-on learning, physical activity, and social-emotional learning, all with caring adults nearby.

At Thomasville Community Resource Center, our PreK-K3 program helps young learners build the academic, social, and emotional skills they'll carry with them for years to come.
