We empower, encourage & exhibit the creativity of established & emerging artists in GA & FL.

Our mission as a new nonprofit arts organization is to document,promote, and preserve our rich Georgia/Florida natural and historic heritage through the works of nationally known and amateur artists. Our primary objectives are to provide adult artists with painting classes, continuing education, and other opportunities; to offer regional artists curated shows that promote work and offer sales outlets across Georgia and Florida; to develop ongoing relationships with other organizations to serve our mutual missions; to utilize original artist works that celebrate our plantations and historic sites for marketing and promotion; and to raise awareness through art for environmental threats and issues.

On Day 1 of our 10th Annual Plein Air Paint Out 2026 we will be at Hacienda Hamilton in Ochlocknee, Georgia. So many great venues to paint and enjoy the great outdoors. And there are wild turkeys strolling the grounds! That night we'll come together to enjoy dinner and entertainment.

Craig Reynolds and Steven S. Walker will give mini lessons on site!

On Day 1 of the 10th Annual Plein Air Paint Out 2026 we we'll be at Hacienda Hamilton in Ochlocknee, Georgia. There are so many great venues to paint - even wild turkeys! After a great day of painting, we'll provide dinner and entertainment by the Tallahassee Uke Jammers!!!

During the 10th Annual Plein Air Paint Out 2026 we will have daily mini-lessons by our featured artists. These lessons occur at the venue we are visiting that day.

Steven S. Walker will hold a mini lesson on our first day, Wednesday, November 11, at Margo's in Ocklocknee.

With registration you get to paint for 4 days in 3 different cities, an opening dinner with the Tallahassee Uke Jammers as entertainment, a daily comfort station with drinks and snacks, bag lunch in Boston, opportunity to take mini lessons from 7 renowned artists ($50 each), two free oil painting demonstrations, an art exhibition with opportunity to sell your art, admission into the Paint Out competition and a closing reception - all for only $100 for non members and $80 for members.
