Afternoon....
The attached photos illustrate one of Thomas’s best kept secrets. The Cassidy road park. The citizens love it! It features a fishing pond, ducks and geese and lots of space to social distance. Perfect for a private picnic or space for the kids to roam while maintaining a social distance. Enjoy it Thomasville, I do!

Good evening Thomasville and Thomas County!

Please join me in a shout out to our churches, businesses and non profits. I have witnessed these local organizations roll up their sleeves and declare that no family in Thomas County will go to bed hungry and declare that those that need assistance will get help! One simply has to ask for the help. I am proud to live in a community that cares about its citizens.

If you are in need, don’t you dare lay down without calling a neighbor, a church, a pastor, a non profit or your local representative! In this community we are here for each other. I just think it’s awesome.

Together we are strong, together we can beat this virus!
