About Beyond The Bell

Beyond The Bell was founded in 2002 as a non-profit, afterschool program to serve youth in Dekalb County. Today, Beyond The Bell has expanded into Dekalb, Rockdale, and Upson Counties, and the City of Savannah to provide underage drinking prevention services funded by ASAPP (Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Project) and Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).

In Upson County, the goal of Beyond The Bell is to reduce the onset of underage alcohol and ma*****na use among 9-20 year olds. We offer services for youth, parents, and community members.
