Thiensville-Mequon Lions We Serve ... The TM Lions Club is part of the much larger International Association of Lions, and one of over 600 such clubs in Wisconsin alone.

The Lions Club began in 1917 as the dream of Chicago insurance man Melvin Jones, who challenged local business clubs to expand their horizons from purely business concerns to the betterment of their communities and the world at large. 108 years later, the Lions is the largest service organization in the world, with 1.4 million members and 49,000 clubs in more than 206 countries and geographical areas worldwide.

♻️ As many of you know, environmental stewardship is one of the key initiatives of Lions International. In addition to service projects like our semi-annual highway cleanups, the Thiensville-Mequon Lions Club is committed to helping the environment through recycling efforts as well.

After an incredible weekend at Lionfest, we gathered and recycled all of the aluminum cans collected during the festival.

Think you can guess how many pounds of aluminum cans we recycled this year? πŸ€”β™»οΈ

πŸŽ‰ LIONFEST 2026 IS A WRAP! πŸŽ‰

What an incredible weekend! On behalf of everyone involved with Lionfest, we want to extend our thanks to all who helped make this year's festival such a tremendous success!

While we were disappointed to have to cancel Thursday's Family & Teen Night due to threatening weather, the safety of our guests, volunteers, and vendors always comes first. We appreciate everyone's understanding and support.

The rest of the weekend more than made up for it! Our new Late Night Bingo sessions were packed with excitement, great prizes, and trivia questions, while Saturday night's fireworks display lit up the sky and provided a spectacular show!

A huge THANK YOU to our sponsors for your generous support, to our dedicated volunteers who gave countless hours of their time, to our hardworking members and families whose efforts made everything possible, and to all of our amazing festival-goers who came out to celebrate with us.

Your support, enthusiasm, and community spirit are what make Lionfest such a special event year after year. We are grateful for every person who played a part in making Lionfest 2026 memorable, and helping us help others in our community.

Thank you for helping us create another fantastic chapter in Lionfest history. We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we can't wait to see you again next year!

🦁 Until next time... thank you for helping us do what we do... WE SERVE!
