We know the whole idea of working out and eating healthy seems difficult but I’m here to tell you that it isn
’t as hard as you think. We don’t believe in diets because we feel all foods were meant to be enjoyed, we also know that something as little as 30 minutes a day of physical activity is a great start. But, these are the physical parts of BBS, there are also those mental parts that must be understood. This is where the hard work goes! Controlling your mind is much more difficult than that of the body because it is what determines if you’ll get off your couch and go or stay there and watch another episode.
