Update that the SET (Simulated Emergency Test) scheduled for this weekend has been postponed as Mother Nature decided to try us out with the real test this week.

Hope everyone doing good.

A problem we had a few weeks ago with our .390 repeater has apparently cropped up with the receiver basically catching hell in trying to pick us up. So unfortunately had to cancel the net early.
Anyway Next Monday June 15 will be a eating meeting at the Ground Pati on Bayou Gardens Blvd in Houma (Across from Southland Mall) at 6pm
And Field Day 2026 will be June 27th at the Coteau Fire Station at Coteau and Bayou Gardens in Houma with a twist .. Due to the success of last year, we will operate 2 stations, one outside in park, one inside in station.
We will also do ham radio testing then also

For those looking for a excuse to drive this weekend, the fine folks at the Louisiana Delta Radio Club have a hamfest this weekend up in Monroe (about a 5 hour trip from the Bayou) .
