IFC Nicholls

The Nicholls Council has 6 chapters: Kappa Alpha, Kappa Sigma, Phi Kappa Theta, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Tau Kappa Epsilon, and Theta Xi.

This page serves to promote Greek life and inform the fraternity men of Nicholls IFC and their supporters of upcoming Greek events on campus, such as meetings, philanthropy events, socials, etc. The Nicholls Inter-Fraternity Council is part of the North-American Inter-fraternity Conference, which governs 75 different fraternities from all across the North American continent. The goal of IFC is to

Dear Nicholls Community,

I am deeply saddened to inform you of the tragic loss of a member of our Nicholls family last night. Angelle Trahan, a Pre-Dental Hygiene sophomore from Houma, passed away Monday, July 17. We offer our deepest condolences to the Trahan family, friends and loved ones.

During this time of great loss, we are reminded of the importance of community. There is no greater sadness for a university and its members than the loss of a student. I would like to remind you that we have services to support the emotional well-being of our students, faculty and staff.

I encourage those who feel they may need support or observe a Nicholls family member in distress to contact the Counseling Center at (985) 448-4080, or stop by 224 Elkins Hall.
