Victoria Bourg is heading to Houston for a milestone she’s been praying and fighting for.

After a year of setbacks and incredible perseverance, she’s finally stable enough to undergo a thymectomy. She’ll receive plasmapheresis today and tomorrow, with surgery scheduled for Wednesday. Her hope is that removing the thymus tumor will lead to remission or lessen the need for the immunosuppressants she’s relied on.

We would love for you to surround Victoria with prayers this week, for a successful surgery, complete healing, peace throughout her recovery, and strength for every step of the journey ahead.

Victoria, thank you for allowing us to walk beside you. Your courage is inspiring, and we’re believing for brighter days ahead. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers this week.💕

One Thursday each month, we get to spend the afternoon with some of the coolest people in town!

We gather for a few friendly (and surprisingly competitive 😉) rounds of Bingo and Blackout. Trust us…these bingo pros keep us on our toes and make sure every rule is followed to a T!

The laughter, stories, and friendships made during these visits are truly special. It’s one of the many things we love about being part of this organization, finding meaningful ways to give back to our community and connect with others. These moments remind us that sometimes the simplest afternoons create the sweetest memories.🥰

Today, we had the honor of presenting our Spring Raffle donation to Becky Maggio.

A longtime Thibodaux resident and one of the early members of Femmes Natales, Becky has shown incredible strength and perseverance throughout her recovery journey following a massive stroke in 2025.

Becky was overwhelmed with gratitude upon learning she was this year’s recipient, and we were honored to give back to someone who has always held Femmes Natales close to her heart.

We continue to keep Becky and her family in our prayers as she makes progress each day.🩷👛💚
