I wanted to let everyone who is interested in helping that we will be going out March 8 from 10am - 1pm on the corner of Theodore/Dawes and Old Pascagoula. We will be setting up between the gas station and the storage sheds. If your able to come out there will be lots to do and plenty of opportunity to serve. I am looking forward to seeing God work.

Matthew 28:19-20
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Good morning. First off we would like to thank Pastor Richard Deshauteurs and family for their financial donation to the ministry. We would also like to thank Brenda Moyer Stewart and Brother Larry for their donation of a really nice Blackstone Griddle to the ministry that will be used to cook breakfast. We have talked about being able to do that and the Lord provided a way. So thank you so much. These donations are a huge blessing and will be used to further the Lords kingdom.
Secondly listen in this passage of scripture the Lord says “Go ye” that means “go YOU”. You can save anyone by making a post or hitting the like button on a post. God is saying get off the pew and get out to where the lost are and share His gospel. Jesus tells us in Mathew 5:14 that “you are the light”. Look in order to be a light you must be in the darkness. That means you must get to where the lost are. A light isn’t very noticeable in the light, it’s more noticeable in the darkness and that’s where we need to get to reach the lost.
So by first giving them what they want which is food and drink like Jesus and His disciples did so many times in the Bible, we will be able to give them what they need which is encouragement and the word of God and if one soul is saved it makes it all worth it. When a sheep is lost the shepherd will leave the flock and go after the one that’s lost because each sheep is precious and important to the shepherd. That’s the way Jesus feels and us.
So if you want to be a part of The Broken Ministry as a volunteer or is you would simply like to donate money to help us with purchasing supplies, the food we cook and water we are thankful for any and all the help we can get. This is not about us or the recognition. It’s about God and reaching the lost.
Many of you have asked about hats. We will be getting more made and they will be available soon as well.

All that being said we will be looking to get kicked back off in the next few weeks so stay tuned. There are so many around us that are broke and hurting but we have to love them more than where they’re at spiritually, personally and/or emotionally. Remember we were once broken to.

We had a huge blessing this week. After going to TN and doing ministry work up there for Mountain View Baptist Church we realized there was a need for a smaller grill. One more economical to take on trips and smaller outreaches. I started looking around on FB Market place and inquired about a few. We had a young couple that instead of selling it to us they insisted on donating it to the ministry. We want to thank that couple and let them know we really appreciate it and that God will use it to reach many in need. They do not want their names mentioned so we will respect that but we know and God knows that’s what counts. God is so good.
