Okara Lakes, all aboard --- the boat is set to sail! We have 23 remaining seats available for our Annual Raquette Lake Dinner Cruise - this Saturday evening, June 13th. Today is the last day to make reservations or add any additional items like appetizers - shrimp cocktail, charcuterie cheese boards, etc.

We have a tremendous evening planned cocktails on the rooftop deck as we set sail, an extraordinary three course dinner, your choice of chicken, beef or ahi tuna and Chef Jim's homemade apple crisp for dessert. $85 per person plus tax and tip.

Plus, Okara Lakes Association members will receive two complimentary drinks per membership! Not a member, no worries you can join us anyway!! Bring family, friends or join us solo to kick off the Summer season!

It's a great day to start the day at Eats n Tiques at Van Van Aukens by the Train Station for breakfast, lunch or just a day of shopping. Melissa and Charles have the coffee brewing and delicious breakfast items waiting for you. Tell them you're from Okara Lakes, they love their Okara Lakes customers!!!

Okara Lakes - don't forget to join us for our first Okara Lakes Association Meeting of the season tomorrow morning - Saturday, May 23rd at 9:30am. Our Memorial Weekend Meeting will be held rain or shine at the Brandstadt Camp 139 Easka Road. If you have never been to a meeting, take a short walk or ride and please join us! Bring a family member, friend, neighbor or join us solo.
We'll start the meeting with hot coffee, and light snacks; Then, will update you on 2026 events, updates and topics concerning Okara Lakes. Plus, we have two very special guests - local authors Bill Kiselycznyk., and Matt Beal updating us on their Adirondack-themed books.

If you haven't paid dues (just $25), Michelle will be available to get set up for the year - check, cash or PayPal.

Mark your calendars! The first Okara Lakes Association Meeting is set for 2026 on Saturday, May 23rd Rain or Shine. The meeting will begin at 9:30am and will be held at the Brandstadt Residence, 139 Easka Road. Coffee and Refreshments will be served.

If you are not currently an Okara Lakes Association Member, we encourage you to join and lean into our lake community.

Why join the OLA?

- We are a non-political, social organization.
- This is your community, and we value your involvement.
- It is the best way to get to know your neighbors.

The Okara Lakes Association exists to promote camaraderie, facilitate community projects, and provide a collective voice on local matters. We also maintain a working relationship with the Town of Webb government to address our community's needs.

Annual dues is $25. You may pay at the meeting with a check, exact cash or credit card (Pay Pal). When paying with PayPal there is a minimal $1.50 processing fee.
