Join us this Sunday June 28th at 6 PM CST for our study group with Dr. Monique Koll where she will be speaking on the Physiological Effect and Pharmacokinetic Evaluation of Combined Oral Administration of Cannabidiolic Acid and Cannabigerolic Acid in Dogs. ❤️

Learning objectives:
• Explain the role of CBGA as the “Mother Cannabinoid” and its conversion into active plant precursors.
• Compare the absorption of acidic cannabinoids (CBDA/CBGA) versus standard decarboxylated CBD in canine models.
• Identify the primary physiological pathways targeted by the blend, including COX-2 enzyme inhibition and 5-HT1A serotonin receptor interaction.

About our speaker:
When she isn’t getting burnt out studying for the boards, Dr. Monique Koll is running Quicksilver Integrative Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in Houston. She’s passionate about sharing the latest science on canine joint comfort, and don’t worry, the only thing getting baked is the data.

“Water Treadmill Rehabilitation” (16 in x 11 in; Cinema 4D and Adobe Photoshop) was created by Grace Herzberg in 2026.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Grace Herzberg received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological/Pre-Medical Illustration at Iowa State University and her Master of Arts in Medical and Biological Illustration at Johns Hopkins University. She is currently a medical illustrator at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, where she creates interactive media, figure illustrations for research, and e-learning content for students. On the cover of this issue, she included a horse and a dog receiving rehabilitative treatment with water treadmills to reflect the contents within this supplement and highlight the tools and technology available today.
