Inter Woodlands FC is a nonprofit soccer club providing comprehensive opportunities for youth and teens in The Woodlands. The “Inter” in our name stands for both our international style of play and the multicultural background of our diverse community. Our goal is to provide the best competitive and recreational soccer training to athletes ages 4-19. Our professional coaching staff makes soccer fu

n and accessible to every player regardless of background, ability, or financial status while instilling important values like teamwork and sportsmanship. This is why we focus on the progress of individual players within the team, and we assist each team member in developing their abilities. Together, we create teams that center on healthy competition, a drive to learn and grow, and a love for the game. Summer starts today. ☀️
Day 1 of Summer program. Texas summer is hot. Practice is hotter.
Three habits that keep our athletes performing all session long:
1️⃣ Drink water the night before. Hydration is built, not chugged.
2️⃣ Arrive with a full, cold water bottle. Cold water absorbs faster.
3️⃣ Drink at every break, not when you're thirsty. Thirst means you're already behind.
Let's keep every athlete strong all 8 weeks. 🟢
