The Chili Cook-Off may be over, but we're still here supporting our students! The Rotary Club of The Villages is actively seeking out interest for our Scholar Scramble. This benefits student scholarships around the Sumter County area, ensuring that students are able to receive the annual Rotary Club of the Villages scholarship.

The more people that fill out the interest form, the better! The higher the number, the more we can support our students! Even if you're from out-of-town, we'd love for you to play and come support the students.

The event will be in The Villages area, sometime in late September. If you or any friends love to play golf, then we'd love to have you out here helping us!

Congratulations to Chuck Leopold who was inducted at today's meeting! He's now part of a network of people that strive to help the world, and we're excited to have him involved.

We loved our special guest speaker, Martha Washington, who came to today's meeting, as well as our surprise visit from the jester!

Matin (Marteen) Gramatica, the retired NFL kicker who was a member of a Tampa Bay Super Bowl team.
Martin was born in Argentina and has an interesting life story about coming to America and his conversion from soccer to American football and his philanthropic life.
