Do you know someone whose spouse has psssed? First United Methodist Church The Colony will be hosting a one day event called GRIEFSHARE LOSS OF A SPOUSE on Saturday August 17 from 1-3 pm. This Bible based program will touch your heart to know you are not traveling this road of grief alone. We offer hugs and tissue for the tears. We will cry with you. We don’t apologize for tears - we welcome them. We will watch a video and share our thoughts about it if you want to. If you prefer to listen only that’s fine! The booklet you’ll receive has an outline for the video if you want to take notes and many articles to help with your thoughts and feelings. Cost is $10 cash or check to FUMCTC or scholarship No one should miss this opportunity to start the healing process. With 💕!!

Sunday Aug 4 from 8 - 1 pm CARTER BLOOD MOBILE will be at First United Methodist Church The Colony You can register online or just drop in. We have Sunday studies at 9:15 and church service at 10:30 so perhaps you can do both! Donate and attend 😀 Hope to see you there!

First United Methodist Church The Colony will NOT be providing lunches this year. Camey is providing lunches for anyone who goes there. You do not have to go to that school. You do not have to have your children in the car. Pick up lunches at Camey and other schools around The Colony. Stay safe this summer.

Still on hold for what we will do for KEF this year. If the school up the street is going to provide lunches, I'm not sure we need to, other than taking them to Budget Suites if we are allowed. We shall see... still waiting.

We were scheduled for a meeting the end of March - which didn't happen. As of right now, we have NO information regarding Kids Eat Free for this summer. Will keep you posted when we know something. Take care of you!
