Change starts with someone willing to invest in the next generation. 💜

Our most recent Community Impact Award recipient, Girls Mentor Girls, is doing exactly that.

Based in the Bronx, Girls Mentor Girls empowers female-identifying BIPOC youth through mentorship, leadership development, sisterhood, and social-emotional support in a safe, judgment-free environment. Their award will help expand GLOW Club—a student-led advocacy program where young women build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and create real solutions for issues affecting their communities.

This is exactly the kind of impact we love to celebrate.

Lately, I’ve been finding myself in rooms full of women who are building businesses, chasing big goals, and genuinely rooting for one another.
