☀️ There was no better way to kick off the summer than with our CCFY Stepping Into Summer BBQ! It was a day filled with laughter, great food, fun activities, and moments that brought us together. Most importantly, we celebrated our incredible youth who completed the Building Me program and graduated from school. Your hard work, resilience, and dedication brought you to this moment, and we couldn’t be prouder. A special thank you to our amazing youth and dedicated staff for making this day such a success. Your energy, teamwork, and commitment are what made this celebration so meaningful. Congratulations to all of our graduates—we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next! 💙🎓.

Over the past six weeks, CCFY’s Self Care Series gave parents a space to slow down, connect, and pour back into themselves while building community with one another 💛. Through moments like our Make Your Own Pizza Party, families were reminded that self care is not something extra, it’s necessary.

At Community Connections for Youth, healing, restorative practices, and real community support are always at the center of the work we do with systems-involved youth and families. We hope parents leave this series with new tools, healthy boundaries, stress management skills, and small moments of joy they can carry with them long after these six weeks. Thank you Parents! ✨
