The Art of Becoming (A.O.B) promotes the investigation of all things as a practiced Life Art in systemic and relational ways, not only to solve the problems and improve the conditions we face, but to re-attribute our life’s significance in new and enriching ways. If you are having a difficult time creating a peaceful balance in your life, therapy might be the next step. At The Art of Becoming, the therapeutic process of Self Development is embraced as a life Art! You will be offered a private and confidential setting to think through and discuss your concerns, express emotions, understand your thoughts and feelings, and explore resolutions to your problems. A.O.B is dedicated to safely guiding individuals, couples, families and groups in their process of becoming healed, enriched and being the goal they seek.

The M.O.V.E Project is a FREE 7- week enrichment group made available for men and teen boys in of our community. The M.O.V.E group focuses include:
• Exploring Knowledge of Self
• Nurturing of their gifts
• Identifying the opportunities often disguised as problems
• Promoting healthy self-beliefs
• Examining Life Duties
• Encouraging family & community enrichment
• Providing mentorship and inspiring excellence in manhood.

Each Friday this spring for 8 Weeks
From 6:15pm to 8:15pm

The V.O.W. Project is a FREE 8 week enrichment group made available for teen girls’ ages 12-16 years old to:
• Explore Knowledge of Self
• Nurture their gifts
• Identify the opportunities often disguised as problems
• Promote healthy self-beliefs
• Encourage family & community enrichment
• Provide mentorship & inspire excellence in our young women.

The V.O.W. Projects 8 week Group will be held
at the Beautiful United Church of Jesus Christ located at
3936 Bronxwood Avenue, Bronx, NY 10466
