Last comp (teen edition)

Were so proud of our kids ending off this season and chapter of da brand with such an important and impactful story through their routine ❤️

All the hurdles we have to jump over in different comps because we’re always usually the under dogs 🤫 this group still shows up and shows out on that stage 🫶🏽 and leaves the crowd wanting more.

Till we cross paths again kiddos.. 🥲

We’re feeling fabulous after our first win at the competition here in Dallas 🤠🏆

Now it’s day two and we’re relaxing the right way ☀️😎

We are so incredibly proud of these group of kids!

First competition of the season and we came home with first place 🏆

These kids worked incredibly hard on this piece and everything worked out in their favor. We came with hunger and a story to tell and we took that W thangggggyaaaaa 🤪🤪😈

So excited to be back on that floor!

We’re debuting two new routines this season! 📓❤️

“Mental Battle” 🧠 - a contemporary hip hop routine that focuses on the pressures of Anxiety in the youth.

“DBU RADIO” 🎙️ - a hip hop routine bringing back all of our dance favorites throughout the seasons.

We’re so excited to showcase all of our hard work! Look out for some new faces.. we can feel that anxiety creeping in 👀😈

Before we went on Christmas break our coach split us into group to do a fun challenge! 🎄

Read below the criteria for the challenge to help pick a winner!

(Video with the most views, likes, and interactions wins! All negativity will be blocked or met with more negativity so try us 😌)

Challenge: All students were broken up into groups and must create their own dance routine to any song of their choice. The dance must have:

✅ Some type of formation with all dancers
✅ Your own moves included with any tik tok moves of their liking
✅ a proper into and outro
✅routine should be Under a minute

The groups were chosen randomly and the students only have 3 practices to come up with and help teach their routine. Each group is filled with different dance levels and age groups!

This challenge is to help encourage our dancers to start learning the type of choreographers they want to be! It also helps them explore their chemistry with their new teammates and learn each other’s strength.

This is group 4 and the final group with group leader Nathan🥳❤️

All groups did an incredible job! ❤️ it’s not easy to come up with a dance and it’s DEFINITELY not easy teaching one. Let’s give all the groups love in their comments!
