Van Nest Neighborhood Alliance The Van Nest Neighborhood Alliance is formed as a neighborhood association for Van Nest residents to maintain their quality of life and address concerns.

The Van Nest Neighborhood Alliance (VNNA) is a 501C3 formed as a neighborhood association for the Bronx Van Nest community conducting monthly meetings with residents to determine their concerns and goals. Using this input, the VNNA works in close cooperation with local law enforcement and elected officials to maintain and update community infrastructure and, where practical, undertake community projects, all for the purpose of maintaining quality of life in the Van Nest community.

NYCACC (City Animal Shelter) POP UP PET ADOPTION EVENT
ACC is at critical capacity, and many dogs have been living in temporary pop-up crates while waiting for space to open up. Please visit nycacc.org to see adoptable dogs, or stop by the shelter at 323 East 109th St. (between 1st and 2nd Avenues). Please check website for hours.
