National Homeowner-Landlord Association OUR MISSION; To provide the HOMEOWNER-LANDLORD with the tools they need to protect their most valuable asset. Our office hours are from 10am-4pm.

A "homeowner-landlord" is a homeowner who rents 1-5 apartments to support their income. A homeowner-landlord is at risk because whether you rent 1 apartment or 100 apartments, you are, like it or not, a “landlord”. You need to manage your tenants and protect your property. Our mission as The National Homeowner- Landlord Association is to provide the “Homeowner-Landlord” with the tools they need to

protect their most valuable possession. We provide support with on-line tools, advice and advocacy. Our products and services range from legal docs, legal referral service, tenant screening, eviction help, monthly newsletter and a group buying cooperative. Our board is comprised of lawyers, accountants, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, and fellow landlord and business professionals. Feel free to call or visit our website for more information.
